iRest Yoga Nidra drop-in Class with Women’s Aid
This drop-in class will provide an experience of iRest Yoga Nidra.
The class will support participants to establish and nourish connection to inherent wellbeing with other elements from iRest woven in each week.
The class is offered through Women’s Aid, but is open to all women and it is provided free of charge.
Please wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring water to drink. Yoga mats and blankets are available at the centre but you can bring your own if you prefer.
A recording of the session will be provided for home use.
Tuesdays 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm.

8-week iRest Yoga Nidra course
This iRest course covers the entire 10 steps of iRest Yoga Nidra.
The course will take participants through the whole system of iRest, building week on week.
The course will be of interest for anyone who is generally interested in holistic health and wellbeing, mind-body healing practices.
They are also for anyone who wants to develop their ability to generally manage and master their thoughts and emotions.
There are no physical requirements to the practice, you can either lie down or sit in a chair or on the floor, whichever is most comfortable.
A workbook will be provided and also audio recordings that can be used to work with between sessions (or following the course).
