iRest Yoga Nidra with Cardiff Women’s Aid

This session is provided free of charge as part of Cardiff Women’s Aid SHOUT programme of courses and workshops. All women are welcome to attend, you don’t have to have used Women’s Aid’s services before.
There will be a different theme each month and each session will contain an iRest practice along with a brief introduction to the theme and time for questions at the end.
A recording of the practice will be available for personal use following the session.
8-week iRest Yoga Nidra course
This iRest course covers the entire 10 steps of iRest Yoga Nidra.
The course will take participants through the whole system of iRest, building week on week.
The course will be of interest to anyone who is generally interested in holistic health and wellbeing, mind-body healing practices.
They are also for anyone who wants to develop their ability to generally manage and master their thoughts and emotions.
There are no physical requirements to the practice, you can either lie down or sit in a chair or on the floor, whichever is most comfortable.
A workbook will be provided and also audio recordings that can be used to work with between sessions (or following the course).
